HMCTS update on family law during coronavirus
The HM Courts and Tribunals Service (HMCTS) has published an update on family law services and the effects of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic on the court system.
It includes information on digital working with topics including divorce for legal professionals, private law C100 child arrangements and the financial remedy by consent. There is also a move to hybrid court hearings, with some people in court and some accessing the hearing remotely.
