How Cafcass are working with children and families in family court during the pandemic
Cafcass have stated that they are currently using both remote video technology and in-person visits to speak with children.
The judgement about whether face-to-face or remote video-technology work is in the best interest of the child or young person will be made by the Family Court Adviser (FCA) who will make sure the decision is understood by the child and their family.
