The Solicitors Regulatory Authority (SRA) support the public to help make well-informed choices about using legal services, including family law services.
You can check a solicitor is registered by looking for the digital badge on their website with the SRA registration number. You can find our badge at the bottom of this page, and every other page, of our website.
Clicking the link on the badge will take you to a page confirming that The Solicitors Regulation Authority regulates our firm, Kent and Surrey Family Resolution.
The SRA have a dedicated scam alerts section on their website to warn about people who call themselves solicitors but are not. They also give helpful advice on what to do if you are client of a firm they have decided to suspend or close down.
