SRA Scam alert search - keeping you informed of cybercrime
The SRA (Solicitor’s Regulatory Authority) publishes a ‘scam alert service’ to warn you about people who call themselves solicitors, but are not.
You can access the latest list of scams at their website, through this link.
When you are looking around for legal support, look out for the SRA clickable logo being displayed on a firm’s website. You can see our’s in the footer of each webpage on our website.
This digital badge tells you important things:
- The firm is regulated by us and meets the high standards set by the SRA.
- The firm is what it says it is. You can check this by clicking on the logo.
