Resolution membership and what this means for our clients
Resolution members commit to a ‘Code of Practice.’ This puts first and foremost a constructive approach to family issues and considers the needs of the whole family, in particular the best interests of any children involved.
We are proud members of Resolution and have been for many years.
Resolution are a group of like-minded family justice professionals from a while raft of backgrounds. Members include family solicitors, legal executives, barristers, financial planners and family mediators in addition to students, trainees, judges, academics and others committed to a constructive approach to family issues.
We follow Resolution’s Code of Practice, which means you can expect us, as with all Resolution members, to support you to resolve matters as constructively (and with as little conflict) as possible.
