You may be aware that we are members of Resolution, a family law network. But what does this mean exactly and who are Resolution?
Resolution has been active for nearly 40 years, being the largest membership organisation for family justice professionals in England and Wales. In total, Resolution represents over 6,500 practitioners. All Resolution’s members are committed to working in a non-confrontational way within family law.
Very importantly, all Resolution’s members follow a Code of Practice that promotes a constructive approach to family issues and considers the needs of the whole family, putting clients and any children first.
