Flexible working arrangements for solicitors to meet client need

Clients continue to select Zoom and videoconferencing remote appointments rather than face to face in person work.

Since the pandemic, the Law Gazette reports that research by Thomson Reuters has found, 63% of lawyers surveyed are requesting flexible working arrangements. Many firms have now introduced flexible working schemes allowing staff to work from home for part of the week.

The new hybrid style of working, offering appointments in person, by telephone or on Teams or Zoom seems to be here to stay matching client need for flexible times which can fit round family commitments and working life.
