It provides guides on legal aid, the divorce process, alternatives to court, mediation, arbitration, talking to children and what your rights and responsibilities may be. Most of all it can help restore a sense of choice and the options available to you.
Resolution campaigned for the ‘No-Fault’ divorce law to be brought into the UK, with the aim of minimising conflict and ending the ‘blame game’ of divorce. The Divorce, Dissolution and Separation Bill received Royal Assent in June 2020.
