You do not need suffer alone with this. Although everyone’s experience is unique and different, there is no ‘right or wrong’ way to feel things, you are certainly not alone with whatever you are experiencing. Whether that is sadness, despair, guilt, shame, rage or confusion.
There is always someone available to talk to.
